Karen has developed extensive expertise in talent management, training services, communications, events and project management throughout her career in financial services.
She has led multicultural and multifunctional customer-facing teams and projects and is inspired by the idea of coaching individuals to enable them to reach their full potential.
Her rapid growth from team player to team leader to senior management roles at Euroclear and SWIFT provided Karen with a broad range of opportunities. Her responsibilities included risk management, classroom and digital training services, client documentation and account support services, as well as comprehensive multichannel, go-to- market campaigns, employee and customer communication and events.
She has also been responsible for global recruitment, including designing and deploying a graduate recruitment programme
Karen is bilingual English and French and is stimulated by working with people of different nationalities and backgrounds. In her training role at SWIFT she liaised constantly with senior representatives from the banking communities in over 50 countries throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Karen’s passion for leadership that enables people to be the best they can, also translates into a management focus on results with impact; whether through cost savings, operational efficiencies, client satisfaction or product and service evolution.
